Usage rights: Internal recording for delegates, plus the right to publish clips on the end client's own channels for 12 months.
Revisions: Unlimited on the keynote outline until two weeks before
Delivery: On site from the afternoon before day one
Timeline: Briefing calls in January, keynote outline agreed two weeks before, on site from the afternoon of 10 March.

Scope

MC across both conference days for 600 delegates, a 30-minute opening keynote on day one written specifically around the end client's transformation programme, an interview with their programme lead in preparation, and a closing session on day two that ties the programme together. I arrive the afternoon before for the run-sheet review and rehearsal.

Two conference days, 11–12 March, in Trondheim
Venue provides headset mic, comms and a confidence monitor
Two nights' accommodation, booked by the agency or reimbursed at cost
Recording is for delegate replay, not public broadcast

Payment terms

50% on booking to hold both dates, 50% net 14 after the event. Cancellation inside 30 days is charged in full. All prices exclude 25% MVA.

Accept below and I will hold 10–12 March and set up the first briefing call. If the run sheet changes, we can adjust the shape of the closing session.
