Privacy

What we store

• Your account: email address, name, business name, and the settings you choose (verticals, currency, country).
• Your quotes: everything you write into a quote — including client names, organisations and job details — plus, for AI-assisted quotes, the interview answers and the generated pricing.
• Acceptances: when a client accepts a quote, we store the name and email they enter, the option they chose, and the time — that record is the point of the product.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we store your credit balance and purchase history.

What we do with it

We run the service. Quote content is used to generate your pricing and your quote pages, and for nothing else. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising, and client details from your quotes are never shown to other users. Public quote pages show only what you chose to publish.

Who processes it

Data is stored with Supabase (database and login, hosted in the EU), served by Vercel (hosting), with payments by Stripe, email by Resend, and AI-assisted pricing by Anthropic (your job description and interview answers are sent to the Claude API to generate the recommendation; they are not used to train models).

If a quote was sent to you

If you received a quote link and accepted it, your name and email are stored on that quote so the sender has a record of the agreement. Contact the sender to change or remove it, or contact us below.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and everything in it deleted. Deleting your account removes your quotes, including published quote pages. Email privacy@chargemore.ai and we will handle it within 30 days.
